Option 1: Telephone support is available at a charge of $8.00 per 15 minute increment. If I do not answer the phone when you call, please leave your name and telephone number and I will get back to you as soon as poosible.
Option 2: Email your question to service@pchandiman.com.I will respond by email or call you if a telephone number is provided. A charge of $8.00 per 15 minute increment applies.
Option 3: Remote connection is available to clients with broadband (cable or DSL) service. Support is available at a charge of $9.00 per 15 minute increment. A remote connection session allows me to connect to your computer to analyze and fix the problem.
Pre-Visit Research
Depending on the service requested, it may be necessary for me to spend a little time researching the problem/request prior to my visit to ensure that I have the required information and material available to complete the job.

15 minute minimum for Phone, Email and Remote Connection Tech Support.
